EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement is made on this [Date] by [Employer Name], represented by [Signatory Designation], residing at [Address]. Herein after called the Employer, Party of the first part.

AND

In favour of [Employee Name], residing at [Address], herein after called the Employee, Party of the Second Part.

WHEREAS:

NOW THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
